Helsinki Information Law Moot Court yarışması hk

İstanbul Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi adına Helsinki Information Law Moot Court yarışmasına katılmak üzere oluşturulacak takım için seçmeler yapılacaktır.

Yazılı ve sözlü sınav İngilizce dilinde yapılacaktır. Yazılı sınav soru metni aşağıda yer almaktadır. Yazılı sınav sorusuna ilişkin cevaplar, en geç 01.07.2021 saat 17:00’da eba@istanbul.edu.tr mail adresine gönderilmelidir.

Sözlü mülakat Zoom üzerinden yapılacaktır. Başvurunun değerlendirilmesi için aşağıda yer alan başvuru formunun doldurulması gerekmektedir. Sözlü sınav linki, yazılı sınavı gönderip başvuru formunu dolduran öğrencilere, başvuru formunda paylaştıkları mail adresi üzerinden gönderilecektir.

YAZILI SORUSU: “Please explain the concept of "consent" in comparison with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union, also by taking into account the decisions of Turkish Data Protection Authority and the opinions and guidelines of the EDPS and the Article 29 Working Party.”
